Then why was it necessary to muder these men, all one hundred and nine men, over a thirty year period? What was the real motive for these heinous crimes?

The Verses Of Mark developed as a collection of verses written by a fictional character. Born to life in The Players/ Murder Around The World he continued to shine in Trials By Murder. Our character, Doctor Mark Riemann is a detective on loan to the team from Oxford University where he chairs the Forensic Science Department. Doctor Riemann unwinds after a horried day in the trenches writing verses. All verses relate to Mark's work as he and his fellow detectives work on leads. Leads that surface throughout the investigation. There have been many days Mark would just as soon forget, but must remember. Mark's feeling for life and all that it brings are depicted in his verses. Mark attempts to sheild others from his works, keeping them private for a long time. One day he is overheard reading aloud one of his works. From that day on, his colleagues encouraged him to allow a number of his colleagues to read his verses, those works are in The Verses of Mark.
Our man from Oxford is a complex individual, he is sincere and loving when dealing with his wife Joan and their young son Johnathan. He also displays a playful side to this man of many talents. Yet, in times of horrid death he bares forth his emotional side. With all said pull up a chair, and bring forth a great easy read, The Verses Of Mark!
A trilogy of short mysteries, keeping the reader intrigued. The mysteries form a 'V' taking the reader from the upper northeast, to the tranquil sounds of the deep south. Then up the rugged northwest coast. During your reading you will travel in time from the early 1800's to the mid 1960's. I hope that the mysteries will intrigue you and keep you on edge. The castle at Neuschwanstein; Fantasyland at the Disney parks was modeled after this castle. While visiting this beautiful area visit the villages of the Alps and take in the beauty of Bavaria. Use the capital of Munich as your base station. From here you are a short two hour trip to the southeast to Innsbruck, Austria, And about an hour trip to the southwest to the French and Swiss Alps; the beautiful countryside with quaint northern villages will make the trip worth your time. Remember you are in the State of Bavaria; home to the infamous Oktoberfest, a 16 day festival honoring beer! This amazing festival runs from late September to early October with plenty of live music, wonderful food, beautiful people, and of course beer! Remember what I said earlier, if you are visiting Europe stay in the smaller communities, vist the rual areas. You you will enjoy your vacation a great deal more, your dollars [Euros] will last longer, and the residents will welcome your visit with open arms. You will never forget the wonderful views of the Alps, it is breathtaking to say the least! I have visited here many times while stationed in Germany back in the 1960's and again in thelate 1970's, many things have changed since my last vist however the beauty of this area will remain, her residents will make sure of that!

Your trip begins as you lock your door behind you and walk to the waiting limousine, riding to the airport in style and checking in for the international flight to Europe, your destination is Copenhagen, Denmark. I hope you have left your inabitions at home, this is a city that offers enough to keep all visitors happy; there is always something for for people to partake in. Your visit here will be busy, and after you are set up, you take a small weekend trip to the village by the sea, the Blatic Sea that is, and the quaint fishing village of Visby, Sweden. You are only here for the two and a half day weekend trip as you have the remainder of the group arriving on Monday. Coppenhagen a paradise in more ways than one can count. From the moment of your arrival you find yourself involved in murder mystery. One that will propel you into being called upon to be a part of.
You will travel to Brussels, Belgium; Munich, Germany; Innsbruck, Austria; Paris France and points to the north and east of the city of lights, only to return to Munich, Germany. You have a surprise trip back to the United States; this is for a small break from the activities, and then it is back to work, back to Europe. Part of the team is deployed to Manilia, The Philippines under the direction of Detective Fuc Yu Wen [Roger]. They too have discovered a similar murder, one that Roger would like to bring to a close. I hope that you, my intern detective have packed sufficient clothing for your trip. Your work with the Center One team will encompass four years and will require exhausting hours of work.
